Cooked spinach actually makes me gag a little bit, but when you spread it all over flaky pastry crust I somehow make it through. That Husband wasn’t a fan, but I can see myself making this again for some type of “Ladies That Lunch” event. Do events like that actually happen?
If you are calorie counting, I suggest you don’t make this. It will not do good things for your stats. If you aren’t, go ahead. It’s delicious. And very easy to make.

I adore spinach but it has to be fresh. Canned is the worst thing in the world. I’ve actually gotten scared of ordering anything with spinach in it now thanks to getting one too many things with canned in it.
