I love Charlotte Russe and Forever 21 for cute, of-the-moment shoes and accessories. If you buy the stuff on sale, they’re cheap enough that it doesn’t matter if you only wear ‘em for a season or two ’til the next thing trends around. Whoohoo for teenybopper stores!
