That Husband and I are going to someones house for dinner after church today, so I won’t have time to write a proper Sunday post. (Guess I could try writing them before the day they are “due”, eh?)
I always get so excited when I see the Church has posted a new video on their YouTube site. The newest Mormon Message is titled “Lifting Burdens” and I think I love it as much for the beautiful still portraits featured as I do for the uplifiting and hopeful message. This video is a compilation of quotes from different authorities of the Church, all centered around the role Jesus Christ can play in our lives when we turn to Him for help with our burdens.
My favorite quote:
We see ourselves in terms of yesterday and today, our Heavenly Father sees us in terms of forever.
We can’t do anything without Him. I love having the Gospel of Jesus Christ in my life, guiding me to the ultimate happiness.
P.S.-Isn’t that portrait of the grandma at 2:30 just gorgeous? Someday those are the kind of pictures I want to take.

I made my roommate watch this with me. It was wonderful. I loved the message of healing and peace that can be brought.
