For further information about what this is and why I’m doing it, you can read more about 10,000 Comment Thank You Giveaway Week here.
I was on the hunt for unique products for this giveaway and I found them in Marisa’s shop Made by Marisa Moon. Each of her cards are hand embroidered with sweet details and feature script much prettier than what I could possibly accomplish with a pen in hand. Whoever you choose to present this card to will know you really mean it when they are holding this work of art in hand. This particular card is done on light blue pearlized paper and I fell in love with it because of that pretty dandelion blowing on the front.

Card details (from her item description):
- hand-embroidered
- the card is blank on the inside, for your personal message
- the card measures approximately 4.25″ x 5.5″
- card accompanied by a white envelope
See more of Marisa’s work here. Isn’t this sleigh Christmas card wonderful?

I’ve never seen a hand embroided card before. Do we know if she uses a different/specific kind of paper for that? I would assume so…
It’a very cute idea. I smiled when I saw the halloween ones.

Thanks for the compliment – I use regular card stock to embroidery on – it’s just slightly thicker than construction paper.

I am SO impressed that she can stitch like that. I am uber-curious whether its hand-stitched or if she has a fancy-schmancy machine. Either way, I can barely sew in a straight line by hand or by machine – I’m impressed!
