I tried to resist the baby items. I promise I did! But when I came across the shop Tart Lemon Drop, run by Lindsay out of Houston, TX, I fell in love with this cupcake onesie and couldn’t get it out of my head. It has a button! (Did you know I used buttons extensively throughout my wedding? Ever since then I’ve been a sucker for them.) And it’s for a teeny tiny baby! I justified giving this one away because I figured that most of you might not be pregnant now, but you might be later, or you probably know someone who is/will be someday. Babies are everywhere this year! If you win, the onesie I will be sending you will be size 6-9 months.

If you aren’t having a baby you might still something you love in Lindsay’s shop. How cute is this Cupcake Ruffle apron? Of course I’m loving this Striped Christmas Tree onesie as well.

If I win I might give it to you
. MIGHT. I LOVE it.
November 10th, 2009 on 8:15 am
Aww, so cute. I bet her friends love opening her shower gifts.
November 10th, 2009 on 8:40 am
That is adorable!
November 10th, 2009 on 8:40 am
Luckily all of my friends are having baby boys, so I can hopefully keep this for my baby girl who probably won’t be born for 2 more years! I also really like the apron. I’m trying to lead by example when it comes to uncluttering in our house, so I’m down to only two aprons at a time – but these sure are cute

Perhaps by winning I can convince my husband that the “big man upstairs” thinks we should start trying. Ha!!
OK maybe not that convincing. But you’re right about everyone having babies! I know several wee-ones I could gift this to!
November 10th, 2009 on 9:01 am
How very adorable. Not even considering babies yet but, yes, you are right, they are popping up everywhere, so no doubt this would solve a Christmas present issue.
xx

My sister is due on my first wedding anniversary, and I know her baby will be adorable in this onesie! And if she has a boy…well, we’ll save it for a girl that’s bound to come around between the two of us!
November 10th, 2009 on 9:13 am
I absolutely love it!
November 10th, 2009 on 9:21 am
Oh my gosh, I LOVE it! Claire really needs to wear this
November 10th, 2009 on 9:25 am
I could gift it to a very lucky baby!
November 10th, 2009 on 9:26 am
That is a super-cute onesie. I don’t even think it’s that girl-specific, as I would totally dress a baby boy in that. Because boys love cupcakes too!
November 10th, 2009 on 9:37 am
HOW CUTE is that cupcake onsie?!?! I don’t know if I would keep it for myself, or give it to my friend that just had a little girl!! IT”S SO CUTE!
November 10th, 2009 on 9:50 am
Adorable!! I looove her aprons too!!
November 10th, 2009 on 9:53 am

November 10th, 2009 on 10:15 am

November 10th, 2009 on 10:19 am
Very cute! It would be perfect for my little girl to be
November 10th, 2009 on 10:41 am
Aaaa-freaking-dorable. No idea what the gender is yet, or much of anything else, since they’re only a few weeks along, but someone *very* close to me has a baby on the way. Want!
November 10th, 2009 on 10:50 am
That is a cutie…and I’m sure one of my expecting friends would love it (since I’m equally sure our furbaby wouldn’t)
And I’m loving the Fashionista Envelope Clutch over at Lindsay’s shop!
November 10th, 2009 on 11:08 am
I agree – love the buttons in her work. I heart her curved cupcake apron!
November 10th, 2009 on 11:16 am
Oh how adorable. I love the little shirt with the tie on it. Shoulder bags are great too. Good eye for this stuff!
November 10th, 2009 on 11:17 am
mmm, cupcakes! I’d love to win! It would be so hard to decide between a onesie for a friend and a goodie for myself, though.
November 10th, 2009 on 11:27 am
Ohhhh. It makes me want to have babies… and cupcakes.
I love the use of a button, such a cute idea.
And the aprons…
Whether I win or not I’m adding this seller to my favorites. I might treat myself to an apron…
I wish there was a full body (top and bottom) cupcake apron… kind of like the one TH gave you… I couln’t resist that!
Onesies purchase will have to wait until Hubby feels ready for it.
November 10th, 2009 on 11:28 am
oh, cute! Not that my soon-to-be-born baby needs more clothes (I swear, she will probably never wear the same thing twice), but this is adorable.

I’m fairly certain that I’m not eligible, but I really want to try for this one. Adorable to the max!
November 10th, 2009 on 12:47 pm
I know a few babies that would look awfully cute in that!
November 10th, 2009 on 1:20 pm
That is the most adorable thing I’ve ever seen! I’m certain I could find a use for it!
November 10th, 2009 on 1:31 pm
That’s pretty adorable. Speaking of baby onesies on etsy, check out my friend Lindsay’s shop:
ChubbyPenguins.etsy.com
Her wares are modeled by her adorable son, Lucas, and I think they’re probably accurate representations of what Baby is REALLY thinking.

I know! That one is probably my favorite! Although, if you knew my friend and her husband (who I’ve known almost my whole life) the Darth Baby is just classic.
November 10th, 2009 on 1:33 pm
So cute! Also love the Christmas tree onesie and her aprons (I have such a weak spot for aprons even though I usually forget to wear them when I cook). I would be torn whether to give this to my sweet 6 month old cousin or save it for “some day”!
November 10th, 2009 on 2:30 pm

Perfect for the birth-is-imminent baby niece I’m expecting! I’ve already made a baby blanket… too bad I could never pass off something this well done as my own creation.
November 12th, 2009 on 3:26 pm
I’d love one of these for future, someday baby!
