THANK YOU
I still can’t believe that b.bags agreed to let little ol’ me give a clutch away because her work is SO COOL. I wanted to buy this bag for myself, luckily it has sold already so I’m no longer tempted.
The bags are found in a few boutiques in Houston (find out where by reading here) and crafted of upcycled and resuable material. Here’s the shop description:
Every b.bag is made out of upcycled and reused materials, which makes them environmentally and socially friendly. Upcycling is the practice of taking something that is disposable and transforming it into something of greater use and value. Saving the world from clutter and garbage one curtain and one belt at a time. Support not only handmade but also eco-friendly!

Furthermore, every b.bag is made with full quality, love, and care! Each bag is fully interfaced for strength and durability. Also, every handle, seam corner, pocket corner, and other typical weak areas on a purse is tripple stiched for added strength. It may not be made from designer fabric, but it sure is sturdy!

Examples of her fabulous upcycling skills include a clutch made from a brown pair of pants and a light green men’s shirt or this purse made from an upcycled black and tan checkered dress, a black pair of pants, upcycled deep purple fabric and the adjustable strap is made from a black cotton belt.

I adore this gray and yellow clutch and I’m thrilled to be giving it away to one my most loyal commenters. The b.bags upcycle and reuse approach to creating pieces means this particular bag is one-of-a-kind and sure to be a conversation starter wherever you carry it.

Go visit the b.bags shop, I promise, you won’t regret it. Your wallet will be a little tighter because of it, but that will only help it better fit inside of these creative and unique pieces.

The quality of workwomanship on some of these items just amazes me- especially this one. I have a friend who is obsessed with clutches and purses, I forwarded that link on to her

Thank YOU for participating and giving something away! I hope it pays off for you in the end.
These are amazing! Her stuff is fantastic. I may have to get a wallet to keep stuff together in my backpack. But this clutch is my definitely my favorite of her pieces!
Yellow and gray are some of my favorite colors together!! Beautiful bags!!
This is great. I love the whole concept of upcycled materials & Jenna, your photographs make this clutch just beautiful. I think that my favorite is

but my sister would loooove one of the clutches and I still need Christmas presents. But I can’t buy it all…
I love creative products. Even better when they are from recycled/reused items.I have to admit that I do not even own a clutch… So it would be quite a usefule addition to my accessories.
I have to say that I’m usually not a bit fan of yellow but that light yellow and the grey really go well together, it looks soft and feminine.
I was feeling bashful that I don’t usually carry a clutch purse, but I’m glad to see that I’m in good company with other commenters!! I love this one though and looked at the site to see that I like a lot of her envelope clutches. I like the way she uses a bolder contrasting color on the outside of most of them.
This week has been fun to see the Etsy options. I’m so intimated by the site – it can be overwhelming. Its great to get recommendations on where to start (and finish!) looking.
(also reminding that we emailed about # of comments – with my .edu addresses, I think I have >100 so I should be eligible?!)
So beautiful! Thank you Jenna for an amazing week of gracious giveaways and for introducing us all to these wonderful artists. Thanks!!
That is awesome!!! I think it would be hard to be you and give all these cute things away!! =)
Woohoo! Love that I’m able to enter this one
