I made it actually! My aunt has a machine that does professional looking shirts and she let me borrow it for a day to make Christmas presents for my roommates once.

I’m not sure if a tutorial would be any good since I don’t actually know what I’m doing. I just create a new document, paste the drawing in from the internet, and then use the painbrush and paint bucket to fill in lines appropriately. It’s something you probably couldn’t manage if you don’t know Photoshop that well, and would be too elementary for those who know Photoshop really well!

I’m 5’2 and he is 6’0, so not quite the height difference you and Ty deal with but my neck does hurt if we stand and kiss for too long.

Can you believe most parents let their kids do it AS WELL as trick or treating? I’m a bit disgusted when I realize how much candy kids get for Halloween now. Our church does lots of activities, at least one for each holiday (actually I think at least one a month), so it’s mostly just a nice chance to get together outside of Sunday activities, as well as to invite non-member friends who might be interested in seeing what we are all about!

Cute pumpkins!! We just carved one this year & it was a typical triangle/half circle pattern The kids loved it though!

I thought Trunk or Treat was a midwest- west Mormon thing, because none of my east coast Mormon friends had heard of it. But then this year i saw all sorts of churches with signs about their Trunk or Treats. I think it’s spread this way, popular especially in places where parents might not want their kids going to all the houses. And it’s probably easier too, I remember so many halloweens where i was soo tired from walking around our big neighborhood!

(Sigh) Trunk or treat. Good times. My in-laws ward did one for their ward the night of Halloween. I remember doing it in our ward when we were kids. One year, my dad decided to go all out and use his company trucks and make it a haunted house. IT WAS COOOOL!

I love your carvings! They’re so cute. So, I’m curious. How tall are you and TH? There seems to be a big height difference in your picture. Ty is almost 6’4″ and I’m 5’2″, so you can imagine the neck pain caused from kissing.

That is such a creative idea- ‘trunk-or-treat’! I love it!
Yes I have always loved seeing kids in their halloween costumes! YOU HAVE TO dress up toddlers whatever you want BEFORE they realize what THEY want because you will never see them in a ridiculously hilarious/adorable costume after (like if they insist on being a catepillar versus a cookie)
I noticed you ever so subtly put the pumpkin IN FRONT of your belly obscuring our view! Very tricky TW…. very tricky…
