We hope to have a baby girl (or boy!) soon, we'll see what plans are in store for us...if not, my good friend has the most adorable baby girl who is befitting of such a pretty dress. In honor of my friend's daughter, my first suggestion is Karah (sounds like Sarah); I also like Blythe and Bridget (though I prefer Brigid or Brigitte).

Well, I love the name Virginia, since that’s my name. I also always thought Suzanne was pretty. And Shena is a name I’d never heard before, but which I think is lovely.

I LOVE the name Charlotte, although we’d never use it because Bart hates it (of course he does) and I need names that are less common than that.

I also really like Bronte and Blythe (I’ll count those as one because they’re probably too unusual for you).

What a sweet little dress! My favorite names that I toss around for girls (since I’m far from that stage of life just now) are Margaret (Maggie for short), Brittlyn (my friends name which I think is unique but not in an odd way), Olivia or Reagan. I think some of my favorite names belong to the girls I used to teach in sunbeams and are the type of names I can’t tell if I like the name or like it because of the girl… names like Tatum, Quincey, Jacklyn, Shae, Camden and Sutton

So I was thinking about this earlier, because my sister and I were intentionally given names that translate well to other languages. I’m Eleanor, and she is Margaret, and I don’t think anyone I know has had a problem with them.
It is old fashioned for a Margaret to go by Margaret, but it is still common enough – and a lot of American Margarets I know go by Meg or Molly, which are both cute names. I firmly believe that Eleanor is a timeless classic that will never go out of style.
And I second somebody else’s suggestion of Claire. It’s simple and easy to spell, which will be important with your last name, translates well, and is pretty.
