T1′s First Laugh
I mentioned in T1′s 3 Month post that the thing I was most looking forward to next was his first baby giggle, and less than a week later he granted me my wish! As you can tell by my high pitched squeal (read: I hate that part of the video because I sound like a bimbo with my delayed reaction and squeaky voice) I was really excited. All three of us were sitting on our bed together after church, I had been feeding T1 a bottle with him nestled in between my legs, and TH was making “mimicking” noises back at T1 whenever he cooed. I started filming them because I thought the way they were interacting was so cute, and T1 decided to laugh for the very first time while I had the camera trained on him. It’s probably the only first moment of any kind that I will ever capture with a video camera running, but now I’ll be filming him a lot more often in hopes I can capture a few others!
Those who have been hoping for some video of the elusive TH will get to hear him say 21 whole words. He only agreed to let me put him online in video form because T1 is ridiculously cute in this video and because he knows I’m really excited about this video. Please go ahead and comment below as many times as you would like telling him that he doesn’t look nerdy in any way shape or form, and that he should in fact, agree to let me put video of him up more often.

For those who can’t watch the video I give you… Chippendale T1, courtesy of Kelli Nicole. She babysat for me last week when I was in Houston, and when Kelli babysits I get a few hundred new photos of my son on my hard drive. 
We love you Kelli! Some babies look good with the diaper/tie combo. T1′s big head just makes him look ridiculous.

2That is such a sweet video! TH looks so handsome, and he sounds so sweet to T1. No nerdiness there. I like how he says ‘Three’, you can hear a bit of an accent. Love it.

4Oh my gosh, that little laugh was adorable! So so sweet! I remember Claire first laughed at me when I was singing “Walk Like a Man” to her. Oh, and I too squeal like a school girl with a crush every time C does something cute.

14Those baby belly laughs are the best! We just had to watch that multiple times because Eli ran over, “Baby! Baby! Baby!” and laughed while T1 laughed

15Nerdy? Your husband is handsome and has a nice voice. How can he think he seems nerdy!? If you ever find another like him, SEND HIM MY WAY! I don’t want to say “You’re lucky” because you aren’t undeserving of a cool husband.
The tie is very silly though, haha. It’s not bad but it’s odd to see a baby dressed like that!

Haha. Before I saw the photo and I read “Chippendale” I thought maybe he was wearing a Rescue Rangers shirt or something. Haha. I’m not sure what that says about me, but the picture is dang adorable.

25On the contrary, I think T1 looks pretty distinguished in his (black? navy?) tie and diaper combo.

30Speaking of cute/funny/ridiculous pictures,I just found this site and I think you’d love it- I read through almost all of it in a sitting! She dresses up her baby and puts her in different “scenes”, it’s so adorable.

37What a little cutie pie! It is my personal opinion that this moment, when they laugh and connect with you in such a fun and adorable way, makes all the late nights, frequent wakings, blowouts, spit-up stains, bouts of endless crying, all of it, totally worth it. It only gets better from here.
Thanks for the reminder to pull out the video camera more often– just to catch the everyday stuff I don’t want to forget.

41Oh my gosh! That was SO incredibly cute! The giggle, oh I LOVE baby giggles! When Naomi first giggled it made my life. Seriously, every single annoying hard stressful tiring thing go away. I vowed to get her to do it every day and I mostly have.
A lot more since she’s been a bit older.
It only get’s so much more fun from here!
And Jaren heard the video and thought it was our daughter and when he came I started it over and since the video is blurry he thought it WAS our video! So funny. He said he and TH kind of look a like. And I again told him that they are so alike. I hope someday some way they can meet.
Keep them coming. So adorable. And TH, you look like a fun loving Daddy who was thoroughly entertained by your sons first giggle. Not at all nerdy
