A few weeks ago I used this cupcake recipe to make this cake. Up until the moment we ate it, I thought the whole thing was a fail (due to attempting to frost the cake before it had cooled completely, don’t do this), but then we cut into it and ended up loving it!
I came up with the strawberry decoration on top all by myself. 
I'm a mid-twenties SAHM/part-time photographer currently living in Chicago. My husband is from Poland, my son was born in April of 2010, and I'm LDS. I’m trying to cut out sweets and this makes it even more difficult, ahhhhhh! At least the strawberries make it… semi-healthy? haha
