I don’t think I talked about how the first (successful) cooking club night went? After my first attempt where nobody showed up, we ended up with one married couple, and four women other than myself in attendance. I showed them how to make kale chips, the green smoothie you see below, and carrot ginger soup I love so much.

Thursday, December 1st will be the second night and you should join us! Our instructor/demonstrator for the evening actually isn’t Mormon, so don’t feel like you have to be a church member to come. It’s really just a group of people getting together to taste and talk about food. Details here, and RSVP found here.
