T1′s First Day of School
This isn’t a post about where T1 is going to preschool, or how we chose said school(s), or how he likes it. This is me saying “It’s been months, I’m just going to show you how adorable he looked and get to the other stuff later.”
Right after he woke up:

And on his way out the door:

He looks like a little hipster here, but once I realized that those pants were hard for him to pull up and down by himself (heck, they’re hard for me to pull up and down!) he started attending school in sweatpants and relaxed fit jeans.

He had no idea what I meant when I said we were going to school, but this kid is up for anything and was definitely excited about our newest adventure!

As I’ll explain in my forthcoming post on choosing a school, he doesn’t go here anymore which is why I feel okay showing you pictures with identifying information. Just wanted to reassure you that I do think about those things as I’m writing these posts.

My mom was able to be there for his first day! So fun.

He loves school! When we pull up each day he claps and shouts and talks about how excited he is to see his friends. I love to see him learning and growing and experiencing new things.

He’s beautiful!

That was all the way back in September. Ohhhhh, almost time to move into weight-loss mode!

T1 is so cute in his hipster outfit. Great photos! I can relate to switching to sweatpants or other comfy bottoms instead of cute jeans for school. I send my little guy to daycare in fleecy pants or other comfy clothes, too, because I want him to be comfy, but also, the times I did send him in a cute outfit, it came back with food, paint and dirt stains all over it. So now I save those for very special occasions and focus on comfy play wear for weekdays. Looking forward to your future post about how you chose preschools!

I think the shoes are from Walmart? I didn’t buy them, my parents did. The jeans are from Zara.
