Tex-Mex Casserole

I will definitely make this one again, only with less Parmesan (too much fat), less red onion (I felt red onion in my nose the next day it was so strong), and more corn tortillas (because TH is a carbaholic).

My changes to the recipe were using entire red onion, 140 g fat free shredded cheese, black beans instead of kidney beans, 52 g of Parmesan, 11 corn tortillas and 98% fat free meat for the entire dish which gave me the stats below. Yields 6 servings.
