Blogging Bootcamp Today!
Today I’m spending the day at Blogging Bootcamp with the fabulous Liene of Think Splendid.

It’s a 7 hour workshop focused on developing great content, refining your voice, promoting your brand, etc. I’m excited to utilize the things I learn for both That Wife and Jenan Cole, but I also have a super secret very cool new blog in the works and I’ll be taking notes for that project as well.
I just got my business cards in the mail (pictures to come shortly!) and I’m sure I’ll be handing them out all over the place as I network with all the fabulous ladies who will be attending (I think men can come too, but I don’t think they do).
Kelly Hornberger and I have been conversing back and forth about the workshop via Twitter for awhile now and I’m sure we will both be bringing our cameras to document the day.
After the workshop is over I’m heading out to dinner with…

P.S.-I’m going to wear this dress, because I usually just sit at home in my underwear and I’m excited to have an opportunity to get out of the house and do my hair and makeup. And because TH doesn’t like me wearing it to church because it’s so bright and busy, so I don’t have many opportunities to wear it. Hope I won’t look overdressed!

6SO jealous! Have fun! I missed the one in DC - though since I don’t have a business of my own but just an obsession, it may have been weird for me to attend anyway! Hehe! Have fun at the Bee dinner too!

Oh, and TH would hate how I dress for church then!! But my husband is flashier than I am - we make quite a pair. But the EQ pres called us “best dressed” once, so I guess we’re classy too? hehe

11Glad to know that TH didn’t approve of the dress for church … not because it’s not a pretty dress, but I always figured rules like that were things my dad made up so he wouldn’t have to buy me new clothes!
