The New Guy
He’s our often cross-eyed little new guy. One of my favorite things so far about having a baby? Choosing what to dress him in each time we go out. I didn’t know I would have such strong preferences about what he wears, but I do, and those preferences do not include taking him out wearing pajamas. He has too many cute things sitting in his closet to show him off to the world while wearing sleepers. Now that I know I have a boy I think it’s time for another visit to Kid to Kid.
Thanks to reader Marissa C for this adorable onesie!
Love those crossed eyes! I have so many pictures that look exactly like this!
And yes, it is fun to pick out what they will wear everyday! I only did the sleepwear only thing for a few days, then progressed into more and more cute clothes. Sure it easier to shop for cute clothes for girls, but it’s so fun for boys now too. I think retailers are getting better. Besides, you can have so much fun making your boys look like little men!
OOH! Just want to snuggle these little ones!

I just picked them up on clearance at Target for $2. They are really normal newborn pants but I think they look a bit different here because his cloth diaper is so huge making everything balloon out around his bum!

4I love clothes with puns and jokes on them for babies, it’s just so funny to see on little tiny babies.
And this has nothing to do with the post, but I saw the tweet about biz school, Jenna that is awesome!! Congrats on such a great blessing, I’m sure it was a great relief to know that he gets to go to such a great school for a degree that will help his career so much and you won’t have to go in debt for it. So happy for you both

5What a cutie pie! His little pants are adorable and so is the onsie. I’m so glad that you’re making the effort to post pictures.
And I LOVE the pictures with your parents. Especially the vertical shot of your mom in the flowers. Do they just love being grandparents? It’s crazy to think! I didn’t know your dad was there too. It must be great to share this amazing time in your life with them. Please tell them I said hello and congratulations!
Glad you’re doing well, Jenna! You look great! XOXO

They are LOVING their new grandchild. Yesterday my dad sent me a text that said “Send more pictures.”
I think everyone is taking bets on when my mom will be back again.

7Oh cute! That onesie was just too cute to pass up…
I love ironic baby clothes too! As a Sooner, I already have my eye on a onesie that says “I spit up on Longhorns!”

9I was a cross eye baby too. I think my parents did eye exercices for me. But I have a picture of me at one year old somewhere with my then blond hair and you can tell my eyes are crossing a litle bit.

10I’m pretty sure I’m going to force my children to wear nothing but onesies until they’re five. They’re just too adorable! Congratulations on TI!
