Fashionably Modest: Stacy Looking Preppy in Green
I don’t dress modestly because I have to for any certain reason, it’s just a self-respect issue 
. Anyway, this is what I wore to work today (editors note: and by today she means like a year ago when she submitted this!):

Scarf: My sister got it for me in London last week, and she paid 7 pounds for it, which is about $12.50ish
Skirt: Banana Republic Petites, $30 on sale last year
Gold Flats: J Crew bought off of Ebay for $35
White Undershirt: Target on sale for $4
Grand total for outfit: $97

Ahhh, I had totally forgotten about this! I love that skirt so much, and I can’t believe how much my hair has grown since last year!

1This is so my style. I have gold flats and lots of t-shirts and a scarf. So maybe I need to get a pencil skirt and, voila! Thanks for the idea.

2This is so cute I would definitely wear it! I am not LDS nor “need” to be modest for any reason either. However, I think modesty helps me be respected and my husband appreciates it too

4That is a cute outfit and a great price for the whole thing. i try to shop mostly at Marshall’s and TJMaxx. I find great deals there and the variety is great.
