Last week I cashed a check for $77. (Which will be going right into the black hole of our budget known as Jenna-Other.)

The check came from the website Ebates, and I’ll be honest, I thought it was a fake until I cashed it. Cha-ching! How could it be so easy to get cash back? Every time I want to buy something I open up a new tab and check if the seller has a link through Ebates. If they do and I click through the Ebates site before making my purchase, I get money back. This week I purchased a rug for our living room using Ebates and received $2 in my account with them. I of course paid the same price for the rug that I would have, but because Ebates was the referring website I am going to get a check from them in the near future.

I am in love with Ebates right now, I think the site is even better than RetailMeNot, and RNM is tough to beat.

The reason why I’m writing this cheesy, infomercial-like post? If I can get 50 of you to sign up and use the site, I get this:

(So shiny and pretty, and I have so many ways I want to use this with Jenna Cole when I get one someday!)

If 100 of you sign up I get:

$1000 (!)

200:

$2500 (!!)

300:

$4500 (!!!)

I know the chances of the last three happening are crazy slim, but if I wound up getting at least 100 of you to do it I would so totally split the winnings in half and hold giveaways to say thank you!

There are some conditions:

1. You must sign up using my referral link.

2. Did you read #1 above? Sign up with the referral link or the whole thing is bust (well you would still get cash back on your own purchases so I guess it isn’t a bust for you).

3. To help me win something, you have to sign up by 9/30. That’s really soon I know, but the move to Chicago threw me off my game a little bit as I meant to post this weeks ago.

4. You have to spend $20+ online, using Ebates as the referring site, by 10/10/10.

You have to do all the things above, or it isn’t valid. But if 50 of you end up doing it I’ll love you forever. And if you want to come over and play Angry Birds on my new iPad you are more than welcome. :)

*Ebates did not pay me for this review. Any money I received resulted from using their service, which you can do as well!
