New Haircut!
I wasn’t planning to post twice today, but then I cut my hair and liked it so much I wanted to show you! TH says he likes it, but it makes me look younger? What do you think? (No need to tell me that you don’t like it. If you can’t say something nice, yadda yadda yadda.) The change makes me feel sassy and I love the way it looks when I pull it back!
And a funny little gif of T1 giggling as I dig my fingers into his thighs. There are few things in the world that make me happier than hearing him laugh!
LOVE the bangs, Jenna! You look so cute!
1Delurking to say I LOVE the new look!
2Love it!!
3I want your haircut!!! (minus the bangs, I did bangs until I was 18 and I don’t want to revisit that). The first picture is gorgeous.
4I really like it, and seeing it makes me think next time you should do more bangs, they look really good!
5Love the new hair. I don’t think it makes you look older or younger, you look very much age appropriate. I like that it adds body and life to your hair.
And the animated GIF of T1 laughing is hilarious. It brought a smile to my face.
6You look beautiful! Love the new hair. Also, I just had to add that T1 is always so happy and smiley. He must brighten the days of every person he encounters
7Love the layer styling!! It frames your face REALLY well and just looks great. Actually, when this post was loading, my computer went into slow mode and it only loaded the first 1/2 of the first picture, and it looked like you had cut it to just past your shoulders and I thought it rocked!! I mean, it looks good long, but was super sassy striking when I thought it was short - if you are thinking about shortening it - i’d say go for it, especially with the great texture you’ve got going!!
8Looks absolutely gorgeous darlin! I love the curls too. Gives it extra body!
Rock those bangs — I totally can’t, the way my hair grows doesn’t allow it
9I love it. It is so cute!
10I love it! I think the layers look great.
11Very cute! But where are the sassy pictures with it pulled back?
12Oh, I was going to say, after hitting 25, I’m embracing anything that makes me look younger. I feel old now!
13Cute! It’s got more movement and lightness! I think men always look at bangs and think “younger”. My husband says the same thing when I go with bangs.
14De-lurking to come out and tell you that I love the new do! So fresh and fun, and you love it so that’s what’s even more important
Gotta love the pics of T1, too… adorable!
15It’s really flattering! I like.
16T1-what a happy camper!
I love it! I have longish hair that doesn’t have a lot of style to it and now I’m thinking I should do something like this. Your son is adorable too!
17I love the new cut! It is sassy!
18oh, i think it looks lovely! really, it’s quite flattering. as for it making you look younger… i’d say the cut has a youthful energetic look to it, which people associate with a younger playful personality. i wouldn’t say it makes you look young in a childish sort of way or anything like that! also, in regards to your first post today, I love the pictures of you and the little guy, adorable!
19Looks great! I’ve been growing my hair out (unintentionally… Just too chicken to chop it!), and it’s very blah, no style to it at all… But yours is cute and sassy and has a good style to it, while still being long! Love it!
20your haircut looks fantastic!!
21I think it looks great! It adds nice body and texture. T1 is gorgeous as usual!
22Your hair looks great! I don’t think it makes you look younger or older, it makes you look fabulous!
23Bangs! Me likey! And I really like the layers.
I’m just that girl that get ridiculously nervous every time I have to get it cut.
What’s the shortest you’ve ever cut your hair? I don’t know why but I was surprised that you kept it long. I guess I read hair cut and thought a lot of length was gone. Perhaps b/c I only get mine cut about once a year. I let it grow out and then chop it all off. I know that this is a horrid habit and I should get it trimmed to keep it looking healthy.

I first cut it all off in 4th grade, and I varied between short and medium length hair styles all through high school. In college I pretty much let it get longer and longer, and for now I plan on holding on to the length until it thins to the point that it’s time to let it go (no-thank-you T1 for the way you thinned out my hair!)

Well, I think it looks amazingly full and thick! I wish mine was thick, but I guess it’s not bad for being blonde.
Oh it is darling! I love it!
25I left my blog link off since I am at work…but I love it. You look great.
26I like it! It kind of looks like Rory’s hair towards the end of the show in Gilmore Girls, if you watch that…
Super cute

I adore Gilmore Girls!
I actually think the longer hair (pre cut) makes you look younger. In less complicated speak: I think you look more mature. I really love it!! A little bit of sass goes a long way!
28such a small change but such a big difference! u look really great:)
29Love it! Did you dye it too? You have really nice skin, FYI.

No, not since October. The nice skin comes from my grandma!
Like it. The layers really work for you.
31Jenna!! It looks so great! I absolutely love it!
32Interestingly, I think it both makes you look younger and makes you look more like your Mom… figure that one out! Super cute!
33Cute hair, but T1 steals the show. I didn’t think it was possible but he keeps getting cuter and cuter!
34LOVE it!
35I love it! I hate how my long hair has no style…I desperately need to do something with it
Yours looks great!!
36Love it!! This is the good thing about bangs — you can pull the rest back, style the bangs and it looks like you did your hair (somewhat at least). This is my theory! Yay, you!
37Very cute, a definitely sassy! Did you change the color too?
38Love the bangs, a lot! Super cute.
39Love the layers!
40Beautiful!!
41Fun!
42Is it parted down the middle or parted sideways (Or however you say this in English. Am I making sense?)? I can’t really tell and I would like to know. Because I will be printing your picture to show my hairdresser what I want next time I see him. I think this looks really flattering on you. I have long hair and it’s all one length. This looks like it would be a nice change!

Parted down the side. I’m a big fan of the side part!
You look great!
44Bangs are getting quite fashionable lately. I ended up getting some last time I got a hair cut, it took me time to get used to it but now I really like it.
45I think it really helps long hair when there is a little bit of styling and layering.
I definitly think you could rock shorter hair too (shoulder length or so) if you wanted to. I guess maybe once the roots grow out a bit more…
Ooooh totally love it!!!! You look fab.
46Very pretty! It has a lot of body and the color (which I see is not new) looks fabulous.
Love the gif of you and T1 - what a cutie.
47Love the haircut! You do look younger (in a good way) and very stylish
48I love your new hair! No joke, I just got (shorter) bangs on Sunday!
49Love it!!! I think you look much more adult, actually. It’s very classy and gorgeous! And guys never know what to say - I came home with surprise bangs (and was feeling VERY uncertain) and my wonderful husband told me I look like Sarah Palin. Even putting my political views to the side (ha!) there’s no good way to take that. He was in big trouble for weeks! And I’m growing my bangs out…
I love your layers though, so pretty and graceful!
