You’re not an idiot, we all make poor decisions! Cookies and other treats are soooo irresistable to me when they’re around too. I think when I most want to watch what I’m eating is when I end up eating them the most (if they’re readily available). You’re doing great overall!!

i ate two pieces of my crustless gluten-free pumpkin pie last night. i sprayed whipped cream on every bite. don’t feel bad about 3 cookies.
