It was Fast Sunday so I only ate one meal today. Helped make up for my overindulgent day yesterday (I’m also very sedentary on Sunday).

I also re-read my Inherent Weight Loss Test results and I think I really have to cut back on sat fat to lose weight. Boo!

TH is working to create this awesome spreadsheet for me that will help pinpoint exactly what caloric deficit I need with the right carb/fat/protein balance to lose weight. I’m excited to get more data using my BodyBugg and calorie tracking. Did I already mention I switched to MyFitnessPal for calorie counting?
