I thought I’d show you this one before I blend it up. That makes more sense doesn’t it?
This one has grapes, cucumber, zucchini, frozen peas, celery, broccoli, and avocado
The broccoli was jarring at first, but it grew on me over time.
I ate some cheese as I sipped this, and the savory nature helped offset the broccoli taste. I’m going to hard boil some eggs, and the nuts are helping. Going so low-carb when you eat so little meat as well. I do feel better than I have in weeks though. I like that I’m waking up hungry.
