This is where I track what I eat, in an attempt to keep myself accountable for every morsel that passes my lips. I gained 65 lbs during my first pregnancy and I would be very happy to lose them all within a year. I'll be thrilled if I can lose all 65 plus 10 more. I am 5'2". As of December 2010 I weigh 185 lbs. My goal weight is 145 lbs. I don't like to eat breakfast.

How is the mostly liquid diet going? I would not have the willpower! Has it been effective weight wise?

I feel like it too a nice jab at the post-holiday bloat, but I’m just about to start my period and I always swell up a bit before that. I guess we’ll see in a week or so? I tend to count weight lost by the month, not by the week. I want to see the number go down, and stay down, for a LONG time before I count it as a victory :). I feel great though!
