Kale, carrot, and onion soup

Roasted carrots. Sautéed onions in butter. Combined this in a pot with some water, boiled it down. Added salt, pepper, curry, and garlic powder. Roasted kale chips, added that and more water. Boiled it down. Pureed it with coconut milk and heavy cream. Quite good. 0 I like This
